Dark web monitoring runs in the DomainGuard iOS app, not the web dashboard. Automatic SEO scans run daily on Pro and Enterprise, with an emailed report, and weekly on Starter. Accessibility results are evidence for a review and never establish WCAG conformance on their own.

Every plan tells you what's wrong and how to fix it. If you'd rather not do the work yourself, we can do it for you. That covers DNS records, email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), certificates, and exposed services or out-of-date software the scanner turned up.

Each job is quoted on its own. You get a written quote before we touch anything, and nothing starts until you approve it. There is no charge per alert.

The work is a service we do outside the app, so NHM bills it directly. It isn't part of your DomainGuard subscription and doesn't change it.

The things people ask before they pay

Cancel any time, keep what you paid for

Cancel in your iPhone's subscription settings and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not take away something you have paid for. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, because Apple is the merchant of record.

Add as many domains as you own, on any plan

There are two numbers to know. The first is how many domains you can add, and on every plan, Free included, there is no limit. The second is how many we check for you without being asked: three on Free, 25 on Starter, 100 on Pro and every one of them on Enterprise. On Free that means a downtime check every five minutes. Paid plans also get a full re-check of DNS, certificates, email records and the rest every day. Free accounts can add up to 250 domains in any 30 days, which stops automated sign-ups, not you.

Domains over the watched number still work

Your oldest domains are the ones we watch. The rest stay in your dashboard, you can scan any of them whenever you like, and every check reports what it would on any other domain. The only difference is that we don't re-check them on our own, so no alert goes out about them. Nothing is ever deleted.

Deep scans run on domains you verify

Basic checks run on any domain. Deep scans, which test open ports and known vulnerabilities, run on domains you have verified you own: a DNS record, a file on the site or an email link, about a minute, and a sign-in address at your own domain already counts. Look after sites you can't verify? Ask us to approve your account. It is the reason we can keep running these scans at all.

We do not change your DNS or your website

DomainGuard reads, records and recommends. The one exception is SPF or DMARC you delegate to us (managed records): you point one CNAME at us and we publish that record for you. Enterprise API write access performs the account actions the API exposes, and nothing outside it.

Every domain you own, in one dashboard, with every health check we run: DNS and registrar records, SSL certificates, SPF, DKIM and the DMARC record, uptime, blacklists, HTTP security headers, the website security scan, the vulnerability scanner, tech stack detection, the compliance tracker, and dark web monitoring for one address. On the free plan you run the domain checks yourself, whenever you like, within a daily scan allowance. What runs without being asked: your three oldest domains get the uptime probe every five minutes, so an outage is recorded whether or not anyone is looking; your one address can be re-checked for breaches daily or weekly if you choose; and known-exploited vulnerability (KEV) alerts are matched against the software your own scans have found. The nightly re-scan that re-checks DNS, certificates, headers and the rest for you starts at $6.99 a month, along with the change, renewal and certificate alerts it raises. It is ad-supported and it does not expire.

Starter adds the two modules Free leaves out: DMARC aggregate reports, delivered to an inbox we host for you, and SEO and accessibility scanning with a 25-page site crawl. It also adds the part that matters most: 25 domains re-checked for you every day, alerts when a record changes or a renewal or certificate is running out, Lookalike Watch, and PDF reports with your business name on the cover instead of ours, so you can hand them to a client. No ads.

They are the two that cost us money per account rather than per look. DMARC means hosting an inbox that receives and stores reports for as long as you keep the record published. SEO means crawling your pages and running them through a model. Everything in the free plan is a lookup we can do cheaply, which is why we can afford to give it away on every domain you own rather than on three.

Adding a domain puts it in your account, where you can scan it any time. Checked for you automatically means we also keep scanning it without being asked and send an alert when something changes or is about to run out. Free does that for 3 domains with a downtime check every five minutes. Starter does it for 25 and Pro for 100, each with a full re-check every day on top of the downtime check. Enterprise does it for every domain in the account. If you have more domains than your plan watches, your oldest ones are watched and the rest wait for you to press scan.

Pro adds the local SEO tools (map scans, citation audits and competitor gap reports, with 250 credits a month), plus SEO scans that run themselves every day with an emailed report, a deep SEO crawl of up to 5,000 pages instead of 25, read-only API and MCP access so you can pull your own data into Claude, and 100 domains re-checked for you every day instead of 25.

Automatic monitoring with no cap, scanned daily by default with an hourly cadence you can switch on in Settings on the web dashboard, first place in each scheduled sweep, your accent colour and footer line on PDF reports as well as your name, 1,900 SEO credits a month, and write access on the API and MCP server so automation can make changes rather than only read.

The free plan needs no credit card and does not expire, so most of the product is already there to try. A free account can also start a seven-day Pro trial from the DomainGuard iPhone app, which covers the local SEO tools and the API as well. The trial is for free accounts only, and a new one is available 365 days after the last one ended.

Plans are bought in the DomainGuard iPhone app, so Apple is the merchant of record. The charge and the receipt come from Apple, tax is handled at their end, and we never see your card at all. Change your plan or cancel in Settings, then Subscriptions, on your iPhone; the web dashboard unlocks as soon as Apple confirms the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policy, which our refund policy links to. There is no card checkout on this website.

Plans are bought in the DomainGuard app for iPhone and iPad, which is submitted to the App Store and appears there as soon as Apple approves it. The app charges exactly the prices on this page, and one account covers the app and the web dashboard. We would rather absorb Apple's commission than quote you one number here and a different one there.

There is no service level agreement, no dedicated infrastructure, and no on-premise install. Dark web monitoring is a tab in the iOS app rather than a panel in the web dashboard. Accessibility findings are evidence for a review, not a WCAG conformance statement. If any of that is a requirement, call us before you subscribe.
